Just a few more wee bits of info that might be worth explaining!

- We begin the days coverage about 2-2.5hrs before the ceremony so just let us know where you are getting ready and we'll be there to get all the prep shots!

- We rarely use flash during ceremonies, and try to be as subtle as possible during this time and won’t take photos during prayers (unless requested) - this should satisfy most ministers/priests/celebrants but it would be great if you could check with them if they have any tighter restrictions for photographers and if so, let us know.

- As you probably are already aware, we are natural light photographers - we only use flash if totally necessary, and so you’ll notice that as soon as we come to your houses in the morning, and throughout the day we’ll be scouting out where the best light is. If your house doesn’t have much light streaming through it, don’t worry!  We think photos always look better and much more flattering with indoor lights switched off (during the day) so keep this in mind too. You might also want to consider having your make up artist situated in the room with the most natural light as it will also help them!

- It’s also a nice idea on the morning of the wedding, to dedicate a bedroom to bridesmaids (I call it the ‘messy’ room) - somewhere for them to keep bags, clothes, make up etc. And therefore also dedicating a room for you, clutter free and somewhere with bigger windows, for getting ready in - so that the ‘getting ready’ photos of you don’t have bras, tissues and other mess in the background! It’s nice to have a sense of elegance in those pictures...

- For the family group photographs, it is a great help to us and time saver if you can assign a groomsman or usher (or even a bridesmaid as well) to help gather the right people at the right time. Someone who knows both sides of the family and is good at being bossy!

- Our basic package includes coverage up until speeches (before the meal, not after).  If you are having speeches after the meal then you will need to book us for evening coverage and it would be brilliant if you could also provide us with a meal, nothing fancy, a bar snack is grand!  And we are more than happy to sit outside of the main reception room so we can make a start at uploading and working on your photos!
